Flossing between your retainer and your teeth is essential when you have a bonded retainer. Just insert the floss beneath the wire and pull it forward between pieces of the retainer as you normally would. Brush your teeth twice a day to remove any plaque build-up and keep your teeth and retainer clean.  Visit the dentist and orthodontist regularly to ensure that your teeth and retainer are in good health.
